Product Overview

This industrial pulse bag woodworking dust collector is professionally customized for panel furniture, solid wood furniture, cabinet and wooden door manufacturing workshops. It adopts two-stage cyclone separation + pulse jet bag filtration design, specially designed for fluffy sawdust, wood shavings, fine wood powder and glue mixed dust generated from wood processing. With 99.9% high dust removal efficiency, it meets EU workplace dust emission standard and wood dust explosion-proof requirements, realizing workshop air purification, staff health protection and workshop 5S management.

Scientific Two-Stage Working Principle

This woodworking dust collector adopts gravity cyclone pre-separation + fabric bag deep filtration full-process purification, stable operation, low fan resistance:

Stage 1: Cyclone Coarse Separation

Dust-laden air is sucked into the cyclone bin by centrifugal fan. Large wood chips, thick shavings and bulk wood waste generate high-speed spiral airflow. Under centrifugal gravity, coarse particles fall into the bottom dust hopper automatically, which reduces 75% large impurities entering filter bags, greatly extending filter service life.

Stage 2: Pulse Bag Fine Filtration

Remaining floating fine wood dust enters the filter chamber, intercepted by outer surface of anti-static PTFE membrane filter bags. Clean air penetrates filter fabric and discharges up to standard. When equipment resistance reaches preset value, PLC control system triggers automatic pulse air jet. Compressed air blows off surface dust into ash hopper, realizing non-stop automatic ash cleaning without manual operation.

Stage 3: Discharging & Collection

Collected wood debris and dust are discharged uniformly by air lock rotary valve, convenient for centralized recycling and waste reuse.
